1. Services

Viyalta provides professional video production services including filming, editing, and delivery of video content. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal or agreement provided prior to the start of any work. Viyalta reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of final files until payment is received in full.

3. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership and usage rights to the final delivered video files. Viyalta retains the right to use project work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of any work completed up to the point of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Viyalta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered video content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
